-One-hour sessions are virtual via HIPAA-compliant, secure Zoom or telephone.

-I see coaching clients from across the US and Canada. Psychotherapy and testing clients must reside in California.

-$150.00 per hour-long therapy or coaching session is payable at least 48 hours after each session.

-A comprehensive LD/ADHD/ASD screening process is available. We can discuss this in detail during the initial no-cost phone consultation. If warranted, the $300.00 fee is applied to the cost of a full assessment. The screening fee is payable at least 48 hours after the final session.

-Some individuals prefer to be screened first, with the web-based assessments taking about an hour on your part, followed by a 1.5-hour 1:1 meeting with me. A full assessment battery typically requires about 4 hours of web-based assessments on your part, with three 1:1 hour-long sessions with me (plus my report writing time).

-Fees for a full neurocognitive evaluation of LD/ADHD/Autism vary depending upon the unique needs of the client (i.e., the required complexity of the assessment, required complexity of report writing, etc.). We can discuss this in detail during your phone consultation.

-Fees are payable via PayPal, Visa (via PayPal), Venmo, check, or cash, 

-I can provide you with an “out-of-network” diagnostic treatment invoice for psychotherapy and testing clients to submit to your health insurance company or for your HSA. No health insurance plan covers coaching. I do not accept any health insurance plans.
